About the Hungarian Program
Acquiring a Hungarian European passport is an established procedure with prior case verification and defined milestones. Following initial confirmation, counsel compiles the dossier, after which the applicant travels to Hungary for personal submission.
Travel requires a valid Schengen visa. In-person submission takes 1–2 days. The final stage is the citizenship oath in Hungarian and passport collection; comprehensive oath preparation with a specialized language tutor is included in the program. Payment is split 50/50, with the second half due upon receipt of your passport.
Program Highlights & Inclusions
Initial Documents
Scanned copies of the applicant's birth and marriage certificates, along with the birth certificates of their parents.
1–2 Days In-Person Submission
Upon coordinating the appointment date, the applicant travels to Hungary for direct personal filing accompanied by counsel.
Oath Preparation Tutor
The oath ceremony is conducted in Hungarian. Complete individual tutoring sessions are included in the legal service agreement.
Structured 50/50 Payment Terms
A transparent 50/50 schedule: half at initiation, and the remaining half only after your physical passport is in hand.
At Inception
Payable only after initial document verification of applicant and parents and confirmation of case viability.
Upon Passport Collection
The concluding installment is deposited only once your European passport has been officially issued.
